im sure no one wants my 2 cents but here it is. for one..u must mitigate ur damages. hey i watch judge judy. most of that she would say u let them stay knowing they werent paying and u set the precedent b4 by ur acknowledging " they always caught up and i let them b4". second please reconsider adding to the scum CAs and giving them license to verbally abuse another person. i feel bad for this woman u talk of..who has a hb less than desirable and is trying to keep her 2 kids fed. obviously she isnt seeing that she needs to leave him yet and is paying for his addictions. dont u have some sympathy? take the 150$ and be glad ur getting anything cause it sounds like they dont have nothing. anyone can only garnish pay so much and then someone cant feed or house their kids. i think u should be glad if u get anything..at all and write part of it off because u let them do it. the wife needs some help badly..someone to step in and see if these kids r being took care..like social services. dont add to their pain. yes u did a service and she didnt pay. however..maybe she truly thought she could until her hb messed them up. please dont use a CA! u sound angry cause u feel they used u. they did but u allowed it. get ur paper judgement but i doubt they have anything u will ever get. she dont have much, it seems and already has 10 people with their hands out when she does. in day care..this happens. its up to u to not allow this much arrears to happen and mitigate ur damages. im sure this is not a popular opinion but u asked lol.
