Interrogatories and production of documents request without you already been served a summons. You state you received a letter. Have you been sued?
Did you send your valadation request CRRR. If you sent the valadation request CRRR, how long after you received proof of their receipt of your valadation request, did they send these supposed interrogatories and production of documetns. If they have not valadated, and did not sue before you sent your valadation request all further collection action must cease untill they properly valadate.
