Usually when you recieve those documents, you simply copy the forms, and fling it back at them with your questions added.

Go to www.creditboards.com and do a search for jessicarabbit88 posts... I think that is the right name.

Anyways there is a thread several pages long that deals with nothing but answeing and sending interogatories.

By the way, the new rage is to countersue for TILA violations. Basically the creditor cannot charge interest without sending you a monthly statement and there is a penalty for double the interest they are attempting to charge you. Plus you get to set off the amount owed to whatever it was whenever when they sent you your last statement.

If you really wanted to push things, you could try to get the case bumped to federal court, where it would really increse thier attorney fees. In short, if you played your cards right and you could walk away out very little in the pocketbook and possibly even a deletion on your credit bureau reports.
