You don't hear anything because:
we all know they don't work..
I tried CCCS which the payments were just as high as before.
I tried settlements, company charged 900.00 never settled one darn thing, in a year my accounts get worse with interest, and late fees. I am in worse shape now after trying both....
so ch 7 is next, and only step for me..70K in CC debt. 5K repo. 23K foreclosure. 4 civil judgments...
