texas gurus i need a plan HELP

with all my credit problems (individual) i now have a new problem. DH and i are getting a divorce. i do not know in which order i should do things. i plan to change my name at the time of the divorce. i think realy need to file for BK7.i can hold up the div. if need be. should i file BK7 first, then allow the div. to be final after my discharge ? after div. my name will be changed and i can start fighting the BK on CR's if i get div. 1st, then i would be filing BK with new name, and i think that would hinder my clean up efforts-RIGHT ? its just that there will also be some div. settlement money involved, which i need desperately, cause i have NO money. i can live in the house until it sells, but what if it sells fast and i have not gotten the money i need to get into a place to live? there are 2 minor children involved as well. i have got to find a job fast. what to do. what a mess. thanx in advance for any insight.
