Which states SOL?

In 1994, I got 2 credit cards while living in Indiana. In 1996, my wife and I moved to Arizona where I got another card. In late 1997, my wife lost her job and we were unable to pay the payments. I haven't made a payment since late 1997. In early 1999, we moved back to Indiana. The collection agency still calls from time to time. My question is: Which state's SOL applies to this debt? I appreciate any help. Thanks.
