Sherman rarely sues unless its a large amount - like 10K. I've been reading 3-4 boards for over 2 years and only seen 1 case of Sherman suing anyone.. and he owed 10k. Creditors Interchange are complete jerks and they will go away fairly easily if you send them a validation demand. It seems they want the EASY targets and if you're not easy, they don't want to be bothered with you.
I did this myself - they disappeared.
