The one I've dealt with sells satellite TV service, mostly for the old-school big dishes. I've had no problems with them. Another arm of this company does "inbound and outbound telemarketing and fulfillment" on a contract basis. (Click on the "Call center services" link on their home page). I suppose these services could include debt collection activities, if they have a contract for that.
