First off it is not my website so you can take that up with Stephen. I am not in any MLM as you claim. I guess you are telepathic or someone that that can read minds. You are so far off base you should take a trip to Mars, you might find the truth up there. As for the Validation
Pkg that Stephen has offered and the I have used,
No, there are no guarentes, for there can always be one out there that will try soemthing else. My personal experience since I started using the VPKG is the phone call stopped. The 3rd party that had the account cannot validate the debt. Validation requires that they produce the original credit agreement document in it's original form with no alteration to the original document. If it has been altered it is no longer a legal note. If you have a credit card account that is over 24 months old the chances of the original CCA document being produced is slim to none as Federal law allows the CCC to destroy the original after 24 months. They make a photo copy or scan it into the computer file but that is not the original document as required to validate. I have seen one of the so called documents that one company sent me claiming it was the original. NOT! As Far as that $1.00 thing I have studied that idea and I don't like it and have not done that because that to me startes the time clock again and I don't want to restart the clock on accounts the have been written off on my credit report last year. Some people may want to try that idea but not me.
So what is that your looking for SteveX the perfect answer well you most likely won't find that anywhere. I have looked at differenet forums and sites that show examples of validation letters and or verification letters and they look like something a 1st grader would write and they only send a one pager. Sure you will get hammered with something like that. The pkg that I use is 6 pages that address Validation of the debt, an Affidavit of Fact siting USC Title 18 part 1 chapter sec.1342 - Fraud and Swindles & the return form to be completed by the OC, Demand for Poduction of Original Note, and a Cease And Desist Order which spells out FDCPA 1601 & 1692 e,g. Call it what you want it has worked for me and it did not cost me anything other the expense of mailing the pkg to the CA's. Have I had to repeat the process. Yes! The CA's sell the account to someone else and they have tried the same thing and I sent them the Vpkg and they have stopped as well. Is it fool proof, NO! Do I have problems sure. Am Express is getting smart. I believe they are only assigning the accounts to CA's and when the Vpkg comes at the CA they send it back to AM Express. Everyone's situation is going to be different, some will win and some will lose. At present I have not made a CC payment in a year and at over $1000.00 per month that is alot.

So SteveX I told you that my way worked and you have told me Yours worked for you. Good! Yours was free and so was mine. How long have you been in this situation? 1 year for me.
