Sherman Hater

My charged off Sears account went to Sherman Acq. They sent the usual collection letters and I sent them back the validation request CRRR. I have received nothing back and now checking PrivacyGuard I see that Sherman has appeared on my credit report with two CRAs as a collection account. What do I do now? Send another letter? 1-2 punch?
