steps taken by lawyers/creditor after a judgment?

Ok, can someone break down the exact steps a lawyer takes after they have won a judgement? After a judgment is there a 30 day grace period for the debtor to vacate judgment and/or for the lawyer/creditor to collect money. Does this mean a bank account can only be frozen 30 days after the judgement was given? I am in Illinois
