My understanding is that they can do absolutely nothing until/if they think you have something they can attach.OR They can subponea you immediately to disclose your assets. As far as I know, they can do whatever suits them best. No steadfast rule. I don't know about the 30 grace period before they can frozen. BUT, they are sneaky, if I had a judgement against me, I would immediately close all bank accounts. Just my 2 cents.
