I am new at this lingo, what is SOL? and how long does a credit card company or collection agency usually continue to call and harass you into paying before they decide to sue you?
Also, do they have to sue you first to freeze your account and can they find out if I have other savings accounts at other banks?
I really appreciate all the help I can get.
