There still is uncertainty here as to whether or not you have been actually sued or just received some bullcrap letter from an attorney who labeled it as "complaint". You need to contact your local courthouse clerk, and see if this is a real law suit or not. I believe if it is REAL there should be a case number assigned, and you should have been properly served.
This whole thing sounds very fishy to me.
Did you send your Valadation request CRRR?? If you find out there is no actual law suit filed, then it is all a scam to get to you to admit to something so they can screw you over.
If you are having trouble understanding all of this and what otheres here have said, you should hire a consumer advocate attorney to protect you from the scumbags who are trying to screw with you, and probably breaking several laws in the process.
