I think you need to go back to school and learn to read. I have never indorced any thing about the Bill of Exchange or the $1.00 program. You must have been reading SteveX's made up stories that he must dream up at night when he is sleeping. You must only read what you want to see or something like that.
Like I have said before I have used the Validation package templates that Stephen sent me and they have worked for me and they were FREE, NO MONEY, NO COST OUT OF MY POCKET, NOTHING, NOTA, ZERO
If you don't need to use them then fine, go play with your dolls or knit or watch a soap opera.
