Oh yeah, What do they mean by date of first default? Does that just mean from the first date the loan when past 30 days regardless of if it was brought current or only from the first date of the current default status. Hope that made sence. Also, J Kelley advised to have them validate. Can I do that now even though the court date as been set? I assume that since I didn't respond to the typical "You have 30 days to dispute.." letter that it automatically means I accept the debt.
