You don't need to pay anyone to do this for you. You can do it yourself.
If this is the only blemish on your credit report, you should be able to find a loan. NEVER TELL A CA THAT YOU ARE MORTGAGE SHOPPPING. CAs lie, and threaten. They are trianed to work on your emotions. Anything to make you pay. If you don't talk to them, they can't harass you.
