Got to court and plead NOT GUILTY. DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THESE DEBTS. How can you remember, it was so long ago. I am sure you don't remember. The 30 days garbage is just that GARBAGE. It is worded to make you think that you have only the 30 days.
FOLLOW WHY CHAT'S ADVICE. HE TOLD YOU EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. Claim SOL and require them to prove it is your account and prove all of their claims re $$$.(THAT MEANS MAKE THEM VALIDATE)mAKE THEM PROVE EVERYTHING THEY SAY BECAUSE YOU DON'T REMEMBER.
