I don't know, of course, about the interest, etc. and if everything is completely accurate. Paying a CA is NOT something I want to do, but this one has a reputation for suing. I know my credit is going to be terrible for at least another four years, and it is two years until the SOL on these accounts runs out and that paying them won't make a difference with that, but a suit/judgement will make things worse for a longer period of time.
