Broke, record your calls if you can and your state allows it, find a lawyer in your area (I'm in Raleigh NC), and sue this moron. If my experience is any guide, he's so arrogant he'll decline a nominal settlement offer and default (you win) when you file suit under FDCPA--and his staff WILL violate it.
