I'm in NV. See here's the thing I Ford contacted me yesterday.. The phone rang 3 times ... I ran too pick it up.. NOTHING BUT CLICK. Hummm, you know i'm already upset. So I called back. FORD says "Miss, you need not too call anymore we are reviewing your account, we will let you know if you can have the vehicle back before the week ends". My question was should I pay the late fees and all the other fees? And how much are they? Ford " Miss,...etc, etc" She said the same thing over again. oh she gave me the total fees and said please don't call you are just holding up things the more you call.. ?? I'm REAL confused ?
