You are not out of the woods yet. Depending on how old your account is will determine the collection attempts.
In my office alone we have many departments for accounts.
Accounts start at one end of the office and move along sort of like an assembly line.
You may not have a lot of calls now but trust me the storm is not over.
I am sorry to say that, I mean this in the most sincere way.
Yes, I am a bill collector but, I am one that actually listions to people and talks to them instead of at them.
