Disconnect your phone and have it reconnected in somebody else's name. Make it unlisted. Get a P.O Box and have your mail forwarded. It will look like you moved. THAT WILL SLOW THEM DOWN.
They will have to find you! If I recall, you are most definitely judgement proof.
