A creditor of my small business hired a collection agency. The Agencey dude asked me when I could make a payment. I told him at the end of the month and and he told me to give him a post dated check. When I told him no he got out of control. He told me that if I did not send him a post dated check by tomorrow he would shut down my business website within the week and freeze my business and personal accounts. He also made some other threats pertaining to the IRS but by that time I had kinda tuned him out. He said that by the end of next week I would be begging him to turn my website back on. Give me some advice here.
