Sounds like the storm is just starting. The advice is still the same. IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE. The chances of not being sued are very good, but be prepared to be sued. If you are judgement proof, they can't get blood from a turnip, but they will try. Now is the time to protect your assets (if you have any) Make sure everything is exempt from a judgement. There is a lot of psychology in debt collection. They will lie, threaten and play on your emotions. Whatever they think will work with you. Don't play their game. INGORE THEM. Ignoring them will make the process shorter and less stressful for you. I can testify to that.
