Right NOW not counting the Arbittration clause if I ask for validation I get "some" time that STOPS futher action. If I do NOTHING then it COULD go to a complaint filed??? Which would YOU rather have?( If you are looking for the MOST time?)

Like I said they have my home address and it takes 5 min. to check the ucc filings to see if you sold. What do you think are the chances??

Maybe if it was just me then I could stay under the "radar screen" but for someone in my position ( kids ect...) it would take me all of 2 hrs. to find them.

I don't mean to sound like I don't belive in what you guys are doing here but you MUST face reaility! Some things CAN'T be changed.

I'll go now before I cause more problems.
