After BK...How could I rebuild my credit?

My BK Chapter 7 was discharged on last December. I have a Credit Report (3 in 1)showing my accounts still open.
I have the Credit Report , but I dont now how to start.
How could I dispute that?
What is the process to rebuild the credit after BK?
