Whether you've a single W-2, a social security statement, or ledgers and tax documents which when piled up reach almost as high as the stench from AssXXXX Acceptic Crap-o-ration, you'll do well to have an accountant prepare your taxes.
CPA's are dandy, Enrolled Agents (EA's) serve just fine if not in the Donald "King of the Combover" Trump league. Look, H&R Block will keep you in IRS's good graces.
Let the accountant massage the numbers, filling out forms is subtle torture. More important, you're far more likely to be audited if you prepare your own taxes. Theory is that an accountant's imprimatur on your return tells IRS it's probably correct, as two lie less easily than one. That's just the way it works.
