Am not a lawyer, consider all advice in that context. You may be able to file suit in your state on basis that Sherman has a presence there. Check with your Secretary of State's office to find the Registered Agent of this scumpany in your state. He's the one served. Usually the mere suggestion of litigation gets results. Whatever the payout to you, figure several times that amount in legal and court fees, and let's not forget about the nice trouble you'll make for them with an FTC complaint for their smartness.
