To be short and simple today! I'm not going to continue to have pissing contest with you people on this forum. I don't have to prove a thing to you SteveX or you LadyNRed. I only sent you to a download area so you could get the PDF, if you don't like what the PDF states then don't read it. If you don't want to use the download from the National Consumer Law Center then don't use it. I don't really care! Some people on this forum will probably use it,read it and get a lot of good out of it. The $1 contract is just that! A way to pay on something using an amount that feels right to you. If they accept the offer then the offer is good and that person escapes the interest that keeps accruing on the debt. By the 3rd Party accepting the offer they have accepted a new contract concerning the debt. If you want to find out further about it then contact Stephen Godfried he's the one that has used it with success and has the documents to back it up. You can go and join and ask as many questions as you like about the $1 contract.

I haven't used Bills of Exchange, or sight drafts but I do know that Bills of Exchange have worked and Sight Drafts have sent people to jail. Sight drafts I believe are drawn up to look like a Bank Draft for a certain amount of money, not really sure because I'm not versed at all on the process. I know people that have used Bonds and they have worked for some and not for others. I believe it depends on if the 3rd Party knows what to do with the Bond after they receive it. I would give you a PDF on Bill Of Exchange, but that would break your principal of not downloading anything on the Internet. So, until you decide to download you won't be getting the detailed explanation of Bills of Exchange. So enough said from me regarding this thread. I will most likely post when I see other things that interest me.
