They have now sent a letter showing what they call validation where they purchased the account from original cc company. However I asked for a copy of original application,all charges,all payments made ect. Of course they did not supply this. Also there was no mention of sol that I informed them of in the same letter I sent hen I requested validations and answered my summons.Did you get served with summons?Do I need to write anything else to the court?Thank you for responding I need all the input I can get!!
