J Kelly, I have a salaried job and a house with 5% equity nothing else. Money in the bank covers expenses no savings. Should I at least sent the limited cease and disist letter? I know what this debt is for, but Cambece used Maryland Bank as the Creditor not MBNA. Could this be an error that would allow me to dispute? Thanks for the advice.
