Your mistake was not showing up in court with the proof of 1099. They told you bul....t and you bought it. (typical collection agent harassment) They got a judgement by default. If you are still paying them STOP IMMEDIATELY. Save your money and get an attorney to have the judgement vacated. YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY TO GO AFTER THEM. www.naca.net.
