Thx for your response. I know where the car is being kept and I called that dealership to see what the status is and they informed me that they have the faxed agreement in hand and that I can pick up the car now and pay the 360.00 in repo charges. Household has not signaled to them yet to put up the car for auction. I may have a window of a couple of days to get the car back in my possession. Maybe that will give me some leverage. You are correct - it is a mess. Maybe I'll just stop by a lawyer's office.
