they will attempt to collect on anything. out of SOL...1099..whatever. they count on us not showing in court and obtaining a default as they dont need to show any evidence to win. and by law they can try to collect 4ever. they just wont win a lawsuit or a judgement if u fight it. they simply do a numbers game. out of x amount we go after..x will fight..x will pay. and the profit will come frm x who pays as it is almost 100% pure profit. u have learned a tough lesson..dont trust anyone. good luck trying to get it overturned! :)
