Crap one overcharge.

In aug.2002 I went on disability.I owed crap1 $350.00 and the insurance co,which I purchased through them was suppose to make a $200.00 lump sum pmt.Well they did not make it until june2003.So I was being charged interest and overlimit on the full amount.If they had paid on time,I would not have had these extra charges.They turned this over to RMA three months ago and I told them what the problem was,and they just kept calling anyway.They had not called for the last two weeks.Today I received a letter and phone call from NCO.Guess it was turned over to them.I sent the ins.co. and crap1 letters back in sept.03(crrr) and never got a reply from either one.Only income I have is ssdi.What do you suggest I do now?Send a verify letter or C&D.Or just ride it out?I do not think they can do much as I only have that one income and no assets.
