depends on your situation...how old is the debt, what kind of debt, when did you make your last payment to the original creditor & what state do you live in?

NOBODY on this board needs any personal info so just be general in your posts.

Did you get that "Demand for production of Original note" from one of computerguys old posts? If so read all of his old posts & see where he's comming from.

He's looking for desparate people to try his unproven debt elimination scams & to think outside the box whatever that means...NO MONEY NOW as he says but you have to use all his ideas & forms & he can't back anything up...we want him to go away but this is a public forum....

If that's for you he has his own website....But it's nothing you can't do on your own!!

If you want good advice give us a little more info & we'll try to help you.
