SteveX what's your problem? It's a big problem and you need to curve your problem and quit trying to shoot down anything that I post. You barking up the wrong tree! There's nothing unproven about my Validation process because it has worked 100% for me and others. BTW this statement in your post is pure rubbish: depends on your situation...how old is the debt, what kind of debt, when did you make your last payment to the original creditor & what state do you live in? You'll be seeing the inside of court room real fast with that kind of thinking.
