How do I get old information

I would like to file bankruptcy but don't have all the information I need. I've pulled my credit report and it doesn't give the last digits of the account numbers for my credit cards. These are cards from about 2 years ago and I was going through a divorce and didn't bother keeping paperwork. Does anyone have a suggestion for me? Thanks, Pierce0801
