why do the collectors have to be so mean?

honestly im curious. one called..is mr X there? no he isnt. i will call back. i ask what is this about? can i take a message? when will he be home? 3 am. she hangs up on me. who do they think they r?? and why?? i just see very few bisnesses who actually stay in bisness by bein so abusive to the customers. i am fixin to write letters to these places and say no one has a right to treat any human being like this. being s***ty to me wont get them anywhere. it wont get anyone anywhere with anyone. what if ur grocery store did that? what if a car dealer or a dentist? why is bill collecting any diff? i can see someone buying groceries..people yelling and saying "u dont need to buy that. why do u want to eat that? ur just a idiot." i dont think that would fly and most know it wont and most r polite in this world. somehow these think they dont have to be. i just dont get it. thats why most of us dont know how to deal with collectors. it floors us strangers would act like that. any thoughts by anyone else? no one gave them this right and we need to take it away frm them. i dont even let my grandkids act this way.
