My wife was also served by these "Lawyers" No date, no signature on so called summons. Are you in NY also? Yesterday she got a letter saying they prefer to settle out of court and sent a "copy" of the summons which was different than the one that was served. My wife tried to call the number (which was different on the copy than the original) and it was a fax line both times. At this time we are ignoring any further correspondence from these fine young men.
