This has nothing to do with your mother's problem. She is being harrassed by a scam garbage collection agent. Have her contact the Ohio AG office and the FTC. Nex time they call, have her say this " This call is being recorded for the purpose of my filing a fraudulent extortion claim against you and your company with the ( name of her County)'s sheriff's office and the Ohio Secretary of State,please speak clearly and give your full name,and the name and address of your company"

She will not be bothered again.
