mbna original creditor all of my accounts were tampered with due to fraud. I filed suit against mbna and won they appealed re filed commom please. Can I amend suit. objected to NAF sent W & A cease and desist they ignored,
can I stop arbitration. considering making complaint to state disci[planary board un- authorized practice law in my state and minn. Would appreciate feedback
