I too am having to deal with w&a (just started) and I am a little worried about them for a couple of reasons: They are not listed on Bud Hibbs site as to worst of the worst. This does'nt mean their professional, but they got by his "radar screen". Two: They do NOT heed to C&D to Arb.(heard this from many here) so they must be doing O.K. going that route. It could be they are just doing the #s thing and hav'nt been called on it yet. Maybe others here can give BOTH of us a little more input in this area. Others will be along with MUCH better answers.
