Thank you for all your help and information, I do have 3 of her calls on my answering machine. As I said, looking back at my papers in 1994 when I refinanced my house, this credit card never appeared or was my credit report showing anything outstanding as the finance company when got the credit reports, asked me to clear up a couple of items. I never even heard of this credit card company, Great American Visa is what she said I owed this $10,000 on $4,000 debt with $6,000 interests. I will send a copy of what I receive to the Attorney General's office plus copies to the FTC. In my searching it looked like 4 years was the SOL for CA, but this has really unnerved me.
