Well I'm NOT like MOST CA's that you OR I encounter. I do NOT buy Acct. I work on a % (30) of what I collect. ALL of my accounts STOP interest as of the DAY I get them! Most are at 90 days to 120 days past. I work a plan out that the debtor can manage. If they won't work with me and I file then it is cost and interest(12%) in Ga. And I will STILL work with then on a re-payment Plan. I have had MANY that would NOT work with me and garsishment was 4 to 5 times higher than what I would have accepted had they paid me direct, plus the court cost.
