Thanks everyone. If I do get the Camco letter, I am writing to the Attorney General here in California as well as their home state as well as filing a complaint with the FTC. I am not going to talk to them anymore, if they call and I happen to answer I will tell them to put it all in writing or if on my answering machine, will keep it and record all messages sent. I do not intend to pay them one penny, I told her as much as I never heard from or of this visa company. I will not tolerate this type of abuse(especially when this woman started yelling at me for asking for the visa card phone number) from a collection agency who apparently is violating the laws. I have printed out all the information provided here and at the WhyChats on Camco. I will also send a letter to the U.S. Postal Service if they do send me a letter demanding payment and will provide copies to the Better Business Bureau here in California, my Congress people, etc., CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs, the U.S. Attorney General's Office. This has been very stressful the last 2 days but I will not back down from as you say from the Scumco's. Now they have my dander up after reading some of the articles on Camco. I will also write a C&D letter to them registered.
