If an agreement from a credit card company states that if at anytime the new balance amount exceeds the credit limit the account is deemed in default at that time, now, even after I made a payment now and again over the months preceeding and including their trumpt up charges the account never falls below or meets the credit limit at any time,(otherweis over the limit) does this mean that the account is still in default? Even after making payments the account was never brought current. The reason being that the PA sol time starts when the account went into default and I was wondering if I have a solid sol to use in my defense?
