Expect to start getting calls from W&A, thats what happened to me after getting the same letter.

After you get the first call C&D and request for vaildation.

That's my sentiments exactly! Reject, and send Validation request at same time. Make sure you send a copy of your rejection letter to W&A also along with the purported collusion flyer.
