I have 2 mortgage guys say they can not use my husbands credit at all! I only make $30k a year so what kind of a house will I get?? Nothing is in that price range where I live! I guess I will put that aside for a while...hopefully one day I will get a house. It is NOT true that ANYONE can get a loan, not even subprime.
